Road Indore (M.P.) 452001 shall be deemed as the venue for the Annual General Meeting. The Chairman has declared the result of voting of the aforesaid Annual General Meeting on 21st September, 2023 on the basis of report submitted by the Scrutinizer for remote e-voting and e-voting at AGM for the above-mentioned purpose. The company is in the process of filing the aforesaid voting results in XBRL mode separately. The company has enclosed the agenda wise voting results with the Scrutinizer’s Report.
