Chalet Hotels has informed that ICRA has at the request of the Company, withdrawn outstanding Short-Term Credit Rating assigned to Belaire Hotels (BHPL), the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. In view of amalgamation of BHPL with the Company with effective from June 19, 2023 and its consequential cessation as a separate legal entity.
