Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility has informed that the Company has received a resignation letter from Bhargav Govindprasad Pandya (DIN: 08693675), vide his resignation letter dated 22nd September, 2023 tendering his resignation as Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from Company’s upcoming Board meeting dated Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 (After closing of Business hours). He has also confirmed that, there is no other material reason other than mentioned in his resignation letter. (Attached Resignation Letter- Annexure B). The details as required under Schedule III - Para A (7B) of Part A of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure A.
