Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Company's Code of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code for Practices for fair disclosure of UPSI, Samhi Hotels has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Shares of the Company by all Designated Person(s) (including their immediate relatives) and Specified Connected Persons will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 and for the quarter ended and six months ended on September 30, 2023, from date of Listing i.e. September 22, 2023, up to the expiry of 2 trading days after the date of declaration of the said Financial Results. All Designated Persons of the Company are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Financial Results will be intimated separately.
