CEAT has informed that the Company has invested ? 7,49,99,767/- (Rupees Seven Crore Forty-nine Lacs Ninety-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-seven only) in the equity shares of Tyresnmore Online Private Limited (Tyresnmore), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company by way of subscription to Right Issue. Being a wholly owned subsidiary, there is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in Tyresnmore, pursuant to this investment. Details required as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1 /P/CI R/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure – A.
