The Company is providing remote e-voting facility to all its members to cast their votes on all resolutions set out in the Notice of the Postal Ballot. Detailed procedure for remote e-voting will be provided in the Notice of the Postal Ballot. Necessary advertisement in one English and one Tamil newspaper will be given in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable Act / Rules.
