VST Tillers Tractors has incorporated a Joint Venture Company with HTC Investments a.s, (a company incorporated under the laws of the Slovak Republic and owner of the ‘Zetor’ brand), in the name and style of VST ZETOR, which would interalia carry on the business of Trading of Higher HP Tractors, other agricultural equipment and spare parts. The company has incorporated a Joint Venture Company on September 26, 2023.
VST Tillers Tractors was incorporated in technical collaboration and joint venture with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan for the manufacture of Power Tillers and Diesel Engines.
