SSPDL has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for the purpose of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 the 'Trading window’ for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for ‘Designated Persons’ with effect from 1st October, 2023 till 48 hours of declaration financial results approved by the Board. The date of the Board meeting would be intimated in due course.
