Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Housing Co has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons of the Company with effect from 1st October, 2023 till the date of the Board Meeting (both the days inclusive) proposed to be held for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2023 and the Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid financial results.
