Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Jauss Polymers has informed that the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company was held at 09.30 am on Friday, the 29th September, 2023 at Hakim Ji ki Choupal, Opp. Batra Hosiptal, Vill. Ujina, Police Station Nuh, Mewat, Haryana 122103. Chairman addressed the members and offered clarification on questions. Thereafter, following businesses were transacted: Adoption of the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon and to appoint a director in place of Ketineni Sayaji Rao (DIN: 01045817), who retires by rotation and, being eligible, offers herself for re-election. In Compliance with provision of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014, as amended and applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company had provided members the facility to cast vote electronically from 26th September, 2023(09.00 am) to 28th September, 2023(5.00 pm). Members who were present at the Annual General Meeting and have not cast their votes electronically were provided an opportunity to cast their votes at the Annual General Meeting through ballot papers. Parvindra Nautiyal, an Advocate in Practice was appointed as Scrutinizer for remote e-voting and for conduction the ballot at the Annual General Meeting. The Chairmen informed members that the detailed Voting Results of the Annual General Meeting pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 will be submitted to the Stock Exchange within the prescribed time limit and also posted on the Company’s Website.
