In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issue by BSE vide its Letter Ref. No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and as per the Company Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders', Sal Automotive has informed that the ‘Trading Window' for Trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect i.e. from Sunday, 1st October, 2023 and shall be reopen after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023.
