Pursuant to Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders and in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015, Chemiesynth (Vapi) has informed that the Trading window for dealing in the Company's securities shall remain closed from Sunday, October 01, 2023 until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/half ended September 30, 2023. The board meeting where, the approval of un-audited financial statements for the quarter/half ended September 30, 2023 will be held on or before November 14, 2023. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised no to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
