Hindustan Zinc’s production of mined metal dropped marginally by 1 per cent to 2,52,000 tonnes in the second quarter (Q2) of the ongoing fiscal (FY24). Its mined metal production was 2,55,000 tonnes in the second quarter of the previous fiscal.
The company's refined metal output in the second quarter at 2,41,000 tonnes, dropped by 2 per cent over the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal. The company's wind power generation for the second quarter at 157 million units (MU) was up 27 per cent from the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal.
