Sambandam Spinning Mills has informed that the Trading window of the Company will remain closed for all the Board Members, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from, 1st October, 2023 Sunday until 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Limited Review Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2023. The date of Board Meeting in which the results will be considered will be intimated in due course. According, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
