Mohit Paper Mills has informed that Mohit Papers Mills’s Thirty First (31st) Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 04.00 pm through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act) and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide General Circular No. 14/2020 dated April 08, 2020 and 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020 and subsequent circulars issued in this regard, the latest being General Circular No. 10/2022 dated December 28, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/4 dated January 05, 2023 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and all other applicable circulars issued by MCA & SEBI, if any and any other applicable law, rules and regulations (including any statutory modification(s) or reenactment(s) thereof, for the time being in force) of the Act and SEBI and all the items of business contained in the Notice of the AGM dated August 25, 2023 were transacted and approved by the members with requisite majority except resolution as mentioned in attachment. The details of the combined voting results (which includes the results of remote e-voting and e-voting conducted at the Annual General Meeting) in the format prescribed under Regulation 44 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 along with Scrutinizer’s Report are enclosed.
