Kore Foods has informed that the Company had received request for the issue of Duplicate Share Certificates for the shares held by Jagdish Ratilal Mehta jointly with Vanita Jagdishchandra Mehta bearing Folio No. J010383, holding 400 Equity shares, accordingly Company’s Stakeholders Relationship Committee has approved on 30.09.2023 and the Board of Directors has approved the issuance of Duplicate Share Certificates on 03.10.2023 to the aforesaid Shareholder.
