Refex Industries’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Refex Green Mobility has made an investment in O3 Mobility by acquiring 49.99% stake in equity shares on October 04, 2023. The objective of acquisition is for Non-material investment in allied areas. The shares were acquired at face value of Rs 10 per Equity Share and the total cost of acquisition is Rs 99,960.
