Surya Roshni has informed that it enclosed the details of shares dematerialized by the Company Registrar Mas Services during the month of Sept, 2023 as per Annexure ‘A’. The company also confirmed that the share certificates in respect of the shares dematerialized have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the Depository has been substituted in the records as the registered owner within the stipulated period of time.
