Ashima has raised Rs 5 crore through allotment of 500 Unlisted, Secured, Unrated, Redeemable, Rupee Denominated, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 on Private Placement basis (NCDs) - Tranche-I. The Sub-Committee of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on October 05, 2023, approved the same.
