In continuation to its disclosure with respect to voting results of Postal Ballot disclosed today. IndusInd Bank has informed that, based on the votes cast by the Members, the Special Resolution pertaining to re-appointment of Sanjay Asher (DIN: 00008221) as a ‘Non-Executive Independent Director’ of the Bank for a second consecutive term of 4 years could not get the requisite majority. Accordingly, Sanjay Asher vacates the office of Independent Director of the Bank on the expiry his current term on October 9, 2023. Requisite details pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III and the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure A. This disclosure is being uploaded on the Bank's website at www.indusind.com.
