Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gujarat Industries Power Co has informed that the Company has, through its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, Link Intime India received on Friday, the 06/10/2023, intimation of loss of Share Certificate and request for issue of duplicate Share Certificate for the shareholder, details of which are enclosed with this letter. R & T Agent, Link Intime India, Vadodara is verifying the documents submitted by the aforesaid applicant(s). If the applications/documents/information submitted by the above applicant(s) is/ are not as per the guidelines, R& T Agent will send necessary communications requesting them to submit the same. Upon receipt of all information's/ documents, the proposal for issue of duplicate share certificate/s shall be considered by the Company and letter of confirmation will be issued within statutory time limit from the date of receipt of relevant information/ documents.
