VKJ Infradevelopers has informed that 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Friday, 29th September, 2023 at 09:30 AM at Khasra No. 166, Bishan Vihar, Chauhan Patti, Delhi-110094. Vinod Kumar was elected as the Chairperson and chaired the meeting. Since the requisite quorum was present, the Chairperson called the Meeting in order. The Chairman introduced the Directors present and welcomed the scrutinizer and shareholders to the meeting. The Notice convening AGM along with the Statement was taken as read. Requisite quorum was present throughout the AGM. The Chairperson delivered the speech to the Members. The Chairperson of Audit Committee and Chairperson of Annual General Meeting replied respective queries raised by shareholders and took in records their suggestion and comments in this regard. The Chairperson informed to the members that in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company had not extended the remote e-voting facility at Annual General Meeting of the Company.
