Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cosmo Ferrites has informed that the Directorate General of Trade Remedies, Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) has, considering the petition filed by the Company, issued a notification dated 30th September, 2023, for initiation of Anti-Dumping investigation concerning imports of ‘Soft Ferrite Cores’ originating in or exported from China. A favorable outcome would enable higher capacity utilization and better margin per unit.
