Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for a 60 room property in Jamnagar, Gujarat under the company’s brand ‘Lemon Tree Hotel’. The hotel is expected to be operational by FY 2025 and shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Jamnagar, Gujarat will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, restaurants, a fitness center, a conference room and other public areas. The Rajkot airport is about 101 kms from the property while the Jamnagar Junction Railway Station is about 5 kms away. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
