In terms of regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’), Wheels India has informed that Shriram Vijayaraghavan, President, a person classified as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) in terms of Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI LODR, has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from October 06, 2023. The details as required under Schedule Ill - Para A (7C) of Part A of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR read with relevant circulars issued by SEBI in this regard is enclosed.
