Martin Burn has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 16th October 2023; to consider and approve the Un?audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023. Further, in continuation to disclosure on closure of trading window dated 30th September 2023, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct of fair trading by Designated Persons of the Company’ also informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all Directors and Designated Employees had been closed from 1st October 2023 and shall reopen after 48 hours of the publication of the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023.
