Marathon Nextgen Realty has reported over 2-fold jump in its sales value during the July-September quarter (Q2FY24) to Rs 271 crore as compared to Rs 100 crore in Q2FY23. The company has sold 1,70,501 Sq. ft during Q2FY24 as compared to 82,102 Sq. ft during Q2FY23, reported 2- fold jump. The collections from customers against sales increased 98% to Rs 186 crore in Q2FY24 from Rs 94 crore during Q2FY23.
