Man Infraconstruction has informed that the Principal Commissioner of GST & Central Excise has completed the de novo adjudication vide order dated 5 October 2023 and issued the order in the favor of the Company setting aside entire disputed service tax demand of Rs 88.24 Cr disclosed in the Annual Report under contingent liabilities. Additionally, the company has informed that the Company has received a refund of pre-deposit amount along with interest aggregating to Rs 5. 98 Cr.
