Keystone Realtors reports 33% fall in pre-sales during Q2FY24

Keystone Realtors has reported pre-sales of Rs 306 crore in Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 455 crore in Q2FY23, down by 32.75% Year-on- Year (Y-o-Y) basis. However, its collections stood at Rs 585 crore in Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 344 crore in Q2FY23, showing a growth of 70.06% YoY basis.

During Q2 FY24, company added 1 more project with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 1150 crore. With this, the company has added a total of 4 projects in H1FY24 with an estimated GDV of Rs 3644 crore. During the Q2 FY24, company completed 5 projects having construction area of 3.12 million sqft.
