PNB inaugurates customer relationship management portal: Report

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has reportedly inaugurated customer relationship management portal to mark the occasion of its 119th Foundation Day. The banks Odisha circle observed Customers’ day at its Saheed Nagar branch in the city. The bank’s Foundation day was recently celebrated at all the 127 PNB branches of the state.

Besides, the bank is also celebrating customer week from April 15-20 by holding customer meet in the branches. On the occasion of Foundation day, the bank has also launched PNB MetLife Insurance product for extending Group life insurance cover to housing and education loan borrowers.
