Sical Logistics has received approval for the acquisition of remaining 2.50% equity shares and voting rights in one of its subsidiary company i.e. Patchems P and consequently making it as wholly owned subsidiary company. The said acquisition will be completed by the end of April 2024. The board of directors of the company at their meeting held on October 12, 2023 has approved the same.
