Banco Products (India) has informed that it enclosed the intimation received from Linkintime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company, regarding lost/misplaced share certificate(s) of the Company for which the shareholder/legal heir have requested for issue of duplicate share certificate(s). As required under the applicable Listing Regulations, the RTA on behalf of the Company shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the concerned after compliance of required formalities. The company has enclosed the details of the request/s received.
