Name of the Shareholders: Durga Devi Sadani jointly with Sushila Devi Sadani. The shareholders have requested for issuance of duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original. They proposed to issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to above mentioned shareholder on receipt of the requisite documents.
