In this regard, they confirmed and certified that: a) The securities comprised in the said certificates(s) have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities were listed; and b) After due verification, the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled and the name of the depository has been substituted in records as the registered owner within the prescribed timeline.
