Lemon Tree Hotels has signed new property in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The property is expected to open by FY27 and shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels. Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Dehradun will feature 55 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, meeting rooms and other public areas. The Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun is about 40 kms from the property while the Dehradun Railway Station is just 13 kms away. The hotel is connected by both public and private transport from all major cities in India.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
