Further in continuation of its intimation on closure of trading window on 28th September 2023 and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives till 3rd November 2023.
