Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations, Century Enka has informed that the Company has received information on 19th October, 2023, from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) - Link Intime India regarding stop transfer registration/ procedure for duplicate share certificate in respect of loss of share certificates as details enclosed. The Company shall initiate the process for issuing letter of confirmations in lieu of duplicate share certificates to the shareholders only after receipt of requisite documents and completion of necessary formalities in this regard.
