Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company by a Circular Resolution dated April 18, 2013 has appointed Sanjeev Aga as an Additional Director.
He shall hold office as such upto the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2013, pursuant to the provisions of Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956. He will be Non Executive and Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
