Further, as already informed vide its communication dated September 25, 2023, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for all its directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives with effect from September 30, 2023 to November 09, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2023.
