In furtherance to disclosure dated September 12, 2023 regarding the grant of approval by the Board of Directors of CRISIL Irevna UK Limited, an existing subsidiary of CRISIL, for the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘CRISIL Irevna Information Technology Colombia S.A.S.’ in Colombia, Crisil has informed that in terms of the Certificate of Incorporation received from the Chamber of Commerce (Colombia) today, the wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated with effect from October 25, 2023.
