Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Panama Petrochem has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 8, 2023, to approve and take on record the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2023; and consider the payment of an interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. It has further informed that the record date for payment of interim dividend, if declared, will be Friday, November 17, 2023. Further, in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has informed that an Earnings Call on the financial results for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2023, would be held on November 9, 2023 at 11:00 am (IST).
