Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, NLC India has informed that the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company has issued following Duplicate Share Certificates on 25th October, 2023 in lieu of the Original Share Certificates which were reported to be lost by the respective shareholders and Letter of Confirmation will be issued to the said shareholder.
