Punjab National Bank has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2023 (Q2FY24).
The bank has reported over 4-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 1756.13 crore for Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 411.27 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 27.75% at Rs 29383.20 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 23001.26 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the bank has reported over 4-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 1764.54 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 363.72 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 28.19% at Rs 29857.05 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 23291.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
