McNally Bharat Engineering Company has been appointed by property developers Olympia and Merlin as technological partner for their upcoming Rs 900 crore project ‘REFLECTION’. The company will be the construction partner for Olympia Merlin’s flagship luxury project ‘Reflection’, located on the famous East Coast Road in Chennai.
REFLECTION would have high-end boutique resort for residents. It would be equipped with spa, sea-facing suites, gymnasium, indoor games, library, fine dining and bar. The first phase of the project, spread on a 35-acre-land comprises 163 villas and 116 apartments and, is expected to be completed by 2016.
