Borosil has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has passed a resolution by circulation on October 27, 2023 (around 09:56 pm), approving grant of 28,000 stock options under ‘Borosil Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020’ (‘NEW ESOS 2020’). Each stock option, entitles the option holder to apply for one equity share of the Company of Re 1 each. The details as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India are given in the Annexure.
