Pursuant to Regulations 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015, Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023 through physical / virtual/ video conferencing, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) with limited review report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 and other agenda items, if any. Further in continuation of its intimation on closure of trading window on 28th September, 2023 and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives till 12th, November 2023.
