As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the Company is in the process of issuance of ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholders subject to the compliance of required formalities.
