Godrej Properties has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2023 (Q2FY24).
The company has reported 3.26% rise in its net profit at Rs 122.76 crore for Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 118.89 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 28.24% at Rs 499.27 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 389.33 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 8.37% rise in its net profit at Rs 72.64 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 67.03 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 63.90% at Rs 605.11 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 369.20 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
