Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions / rules and regulations, if any, Kinetic Engineering has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday, 09 November 2023, to consider and approve the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results (‘UFR’), of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2023. Further, trading window for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and other connected persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Policy on Insider Trading has already been closed effective from 1st October, 2023 and shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2023.
