Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred as the ‘Listing Regulations’), Haryana Leather Chemicals has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Corporate office of the Company on Friday the November 10, 2023 at 02:30 pm, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone Provisional Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023 as required under Regulation 33(3)(a) of the Listing Regulation. Further, as per Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall open on 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
